Hey, Upul!

I've never really understood the idea of Kindle -- I mean I know it can store many books, download them (can it? I guess so...) and is portable, but on the other hand, how is it better than a book? Maybe downloading e-books is cheaper than buying their real world counterparts, but there's nothing that beats the fact, that you're holding *a book* in your hand, not just a device that displays what could be contents of a book. I mean, the smell of a newly bought book, the look of the font used and the feel of paper... Priceless.

THANK YOU for writing this. This is more of what I'd like to see regarding Michael - who he really was. What his heart and soul was really like rather than how he is defined in the media (who never tell the truth and what they do tell is twisted).

Michael was an angel on earth. He is now an angel in the heavens. The name Michael means "like God". I'm not religious but this man was SO special and nurturing, generous and caring. He was love embodied.

The tabloid vulture-culture are, I believe, part of what led to his untimely death. They persecuted the man endlessly - such that his humanitarian work went unnoticed in favor of negative definitions that allowed them to call him "freak" or "weird" - because that's what sells. LIES, innuendo, trash. It's a sad testament to our society which likes to call itself moral but when a person who truly embodies selflessness, true caring and morality - they get crucified like Michael did.

I'm an open source/Linux advocate, too but mostly wanted to say thank you for posting about Michael's legacy - his REAL legacy - the work that means something to sentient beings (rather than the tabloid trash swirling around in the media sewer right now).
